Duties: Under the supervision of the Employment Manager, the Job Coach will provide on-the-job training and support for members supported by SRVS, and assure acceptable levels of productivity relating to both quality and quantity at community job sites. Provide intervention methods at work sites to enhance learning, retention of skills or reduce undesirable work habits. Ensure integration at work sites with non-disabled employees to help develop internal support services with others. Provide advocacy services for the members we serve. Ensure a flexible work schedule can be accommodate for members served.

Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GED preferred.

High School Diploma or GED, or experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in DIDD Supported Employment process and guidelines preferred. Experience with MS Office and Google programs preferred. Must have a valid TN, AR, or MS driver's license, and be able to obtain the proper endorsement as required by the appropriate state.
