Summit Communities, LLC is looking for a part-time, experienced Park Manager to join our team. We are a small company and need someone who wants to grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in the property management industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous property management experience.

A valid drivers License

Enjoys working with people

Job description:

Collecting rents, banking, supervising maintenance, monthly paperwork, communicating with residents and upper management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $1,900.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week

• Monday to Friday
• On call
