Alford Tire Center in Panama City, FL is looking for one large truck tire repair technician to join our 14-person strong team. We are located at 180 N Tyndall Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel welcome *Work with the customer to identify the problem and present options *Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed *Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and customers *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele *Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs *Ability to problem solve quickly and find practical solutions to issues that arise *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Has automotive repair/parts knowledge *Able to keep accurate and up-to-date records *Ability to install/repair large truck tires *Have a valid Florida Drivers License *Be able to work independently *Goal oriented
