We are looking for an experienced Neapolitan Pizza Maker for Grand River Brewery of Jackson! If you have experience preparing and making woodfired pizza, please apply!

What you will be doing:

• Measurement and preparation of ingredients on the line
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
• Prepping dough and ingredients
• Cooking pizzas and pizza station items in a woodfire oven
• Food preparation during service
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment

You will enjoy this job if you are/have:

• A team player with a hospitality-first focus
• 1 years of experience in a volume kitchen
• 1 years of experience with a woodfire oven
• A passion for amazing food and beverage
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and attention to detail
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs. and stand for at least 8 hours at a time
