Overview:

TriCorps Security is looking for an experienced and highly motivated operations manager in the Houston, Texas area. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of our security force, maintain schedules, recruiting and hiring, perform site checks, and inspect officers for uniform, appearance, SOP compliance, and more. Attend weekly on-line conference call and maintain after-hours availability by phone to address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Must be reliable and show positive work ethic
• Commissioned Security Officer
• Preparation and distribution of weekly work schedules to General Managers, including schedules of relief personnel
• Monitoring and responding to attendance and disciplinary issues
• Maintaining all Post Orders in a central file and ensuring that all Supervisors and Security Officers have direct access to true and correct copies of the appropriate Post Orders
• Ensuring that Daily Activity Reports and scanner/button-round reports are accessible to client at all times, and distributing copies by email as requested by General Managers
• Scheduling and conducting training sessions for Contractor personnel
