Hanover Hill Health Care Center is a family owned and operated, 124 bed award winning, long- term care and skilled nursing facility located on a beautiful campus in Manchester, New Hampshire. Hanover Hill is looking to welcome a Full-Time Floorcare Technician to join our Environmental Services team! Schedule includes Mon-Fri and every third Sat/Sun 7:30am - 4pm (with alternating weekdays off)

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must possess and maintain a customer service oriented attitude with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism
• Must be flexible in receiving work duties during work hours

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day floor care duties and functions as needed
• Assure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical
• Coordinate daily floor care services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas
• Assure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary, safe, comfortable and attractive manner
• Assure that established infection control and universal precautions are maintained at all times
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established environmental services procedures
