We are seeking qualified candidates for our Machine Assembler opportunity to join our Williamston, Michigan team! This position contributes to the manufacturing of quality blow molding machines, auxiliary equipment and all sub-assemblies with the use of power and hand tools, precision tools, and any other required tools and/or equipment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Experience with large assemblies and industrial machines.

- Ability to work with metric and inch system.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Two (2) years' job related experience and skilled trades technical certification, or a special combination of related education and experience.

- Ability to provide own hand tools. Familiarity with computers.

- Basic electrical knowledge for installing components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for following OSHA and MIOSHA guidelines and Company safety standards.

Build or manufacture to drawing, bill of material, all items to established production quality and quantity as scheduled. Proficient use of precision measuring equipment.

Responsible for maintenance/repair of building/installed equipment or new equipment as assigned.

Confer with supervisors, engineering, production personnel or others to resolve manufacturing problems. Report shortages of parts, tools, and materials in a timely manner.

Operate power equipment and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).

Develop specifications from general description and draw sketch of part or product to be manufactured.

Responsible for submitting daily time accounting and payroll information or other paperwork requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
