Job Description

The Fulfillment team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. We are in need of motivated and goal-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associates. You may be required to work in a variety of different areas supporting warehouse operations. Most employees work in air conditioned warehouses.

Required Qualifications

* Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and reach

* Lift up to 50 pounds

* Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse. Push up to 60 pounds

* Go up and down stairs

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand any and all safety guidelines and job requirements

* Adhere to defined quality and fulfillment production standards

* Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and your team members safe. We provide protective gear

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a warehouse environment

What Youll Do

* Pick customer orders from a pick sheet or using a headset with voice commands

* Load and unload conveyor line

* Build and tape shipping boxes

* Pack and ship parcel and freight orders

* Ship customer orders using PC-based software applications

* Receive, barcode, and stock warehouse product

* Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack and/or forklift

* Stretch wrap and band pallets

* Help with general warehouse upkeep

* Assist other departments with different assignments

* Compensation: Starting at $18/hr

* Type: Full-time

* Employee Status: Regular

* Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week

* Location: Austin, Texas
