WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE ASAP!

Thrive is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our team and support our warehouse operations. Fulfillment responsibilities include offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution. Ultimately, you will work with a small group in the warehouse to ensure items are retrieved, organized, and shipped in a timely manner.

Daily Duties

- Oversee the fulfillment operations of the company, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to customers with the team.

- Follow implemented strategies to optimize fulfillment processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Coordinate along with various departments, including production, warehouse, shipping, and customer service, to ensure smooth and seamless order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse fulfillment.

- Proficient in using warehouse management systems OR capable of learning new software.

- Experience in transportation planning and logistics, UPS, and FEDEX.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ideal Candidate

- 1 years of warehouse experience.

- 1 years of fulfillment experience.

- 1 years of fulfillment software experience, i.e., Shipstation, Shopify, Monday.com, UPS, or FedEx.

- GREAT attendance and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
