Job Description:

A Printing Press Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that printed materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The Printing Press Technician must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Revie job specifications to determine the press set up, according to the imposition of the run.
• Check material for quality, collect retains for press and lab.
• Wrap packages, and label skids; load onto truck, setup takeoff with skids and cradles, get cores.
• Prepare cylinders, clean pans and carts, monitor inks and supplies for the press.

Qualifications:

• Strong concentration, attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt with demanding timelines and changes in priorities.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

i2M operates 7-days per week 24 hours a day. We rely on local talent and promote from within. Technicians may work any day of the week, including weekends. Shifts are 12 hours per day. Technicians have the ability to work overtime. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to change work schedule.
