Evergreen Enterprises is Hiring a Creative Manager Near Richmond, VA
We are currently looking for a Creative Manager to join our team! The Creative Manager acts as product design lead for the Creative Team.Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail are required.The role manages and directs the design development activities for the product categories or ideologies by performing the following duties personally or through the direct reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of a project and acts as creative product lead.
- Lead the creative team to execute 5 Cycle Releases on time
- Visualize and create product line elements & style guide including logos, fonts, color palettes, icons, & packaging
- Work closely with Creative Team and Product Managers to develop line plans and facilitate the development process for new collections.
- Maintain high level of product category knowledge through staying current in published information, trade shows and market research. Conduct market research to anticipate competition and market trends that can inspire new product design
- Lead the trend team to research, curate, and create an overarching corporate trend guide for each season
- Conduct the trend presentation in All-Hands product training sessions.
- Review art submissions from outside artist community and make recommendations to product managers
- Attend trade shows, both domestic and international to broaden knowledge of industry and consumer trends as well as fashion colors and style directions.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working with factories in Asia in the production of product is preferred
- Strong strategic orientation with understanding and ability to manage details and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software and Adobe Acrobat Suite, Photoshop design software.
