United Aluminum’s modern and clean facility is conveniently located off I-91 or the Merritt Parkway in North Haven, CT.

Exceptional opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our professional and respected team. This person will be working alongside our current Industrial Maintenance Manager who is planning to retire and will be responsible for identifying, recommending, and coordinating engineered solutions for the installation, maintenance, and operation of heavy industrial machinery in a manufacturing facility in order to improve overall plant maintenance.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have industrial experience working with electrical and mechanical engineers and licensed electricians and mechanics on the installation and implementation of electrical and mechanical solutions for heavy manufacturing equipment, utilizing hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment utilizing 480vac, VFD, and PLCs.

· Rolling mill / slitting experience a plus, but not required

· Interest in challenge and opportunity

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred, but not required.
