Ideal candidates will have experience working with older adults, along with some leadership experience. Completion of CBRF/Assisted Living certifications/training or being a CNA (certified nursing assistant) is beneficial, but not required since we will train. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, a proven track record of showing compassion, the ability to organization tasks, and to problem solve effectively.

This unique full time opportunity is a dual role. Approximately 16 hours per week will be scheduled to work in the office assisting the Director, and the remainder of hours will be scheduled to provide care to our residents as a (RCA) Resident Care Assistant. This will include working every other weekend and shared on-call responsibility.

Duties include assisting with: medication oversight, scheduling staff, providing care to residents and helping with activities, along with administrative duties.
