ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES

· Manage customer expectations to achieve desired customer satisfaction.

· Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.

· Enforces and Adheres to the Food Safety and Quality Program(s) as well as following GMPs with the focus on delivering safe quality foods to our customers.

· Provide samples working with Distribution at the request of the broker or customer.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

· Organized with attention to detail.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Proficiency in English

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Ability to perform advanced calculations and formulas.

· Must be able to multi-task and work independently as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fields.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

· Travel to meet with clients, potential clients, or set up displays at stores will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
