The District Manager is responsible for maintaining operational excellence. As leaders and role models in our organization, our District Managers set the tone for the fun, family environment in our restaurants. Responsibilities include achieving financial goals through building sales and controlling costs, maintaining food safety & brand standards, training and developing restaurant teams to deliver Quality, Service and Cleanliness to each and every guest. This position teaches and enforces standards and exercises judgement and decision-making within the policies, practices, and procedures described in company guideline publications. District managers are accountable for staffing of their markets and must conduct highly effective interviews in order to hire qualified Management candidates in addition to developing their bench, internally.

The annual salary for this role will be dependent on the successful candidates experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Working with multiple restaurants across a large metropolitan area requires planning visits and time spent at the restaurants
Managing time effectively is critical to the position – All parts of the day and week
Must be able to train, coach and hold team to high operational standards while being flexible in approach to ensure those standards are attained each and every day
Must be able to understand and coach team on managing fundamentals of the Profit and Loss Statement: Train, Coach and Impact overall Financial Performance
Must be able to adjust Leadership Style (By Situation and Person) making decisions that will have immediate impact on the performance of team and restaurants
Must be able to motivate employees to work as a team to run the best restaurants in the business with a Guests Come First Attitude
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant experience in multi-unit management (5 yrs)
Prior Quick Service or Fast Casual Restaurant experience preferred
Must be located within 50 miles of the Shreveport/Bossier Metro Area (No relocation assistance available for this position)
Previous experience with the Wendy’s brand a plus
Willing to travel daily as a part of the work responsibilities
Willing to work any day of the week or part of the day as the business requires
