Pre-Litigation Case Manager: Case managers handle cases from the time of opening until the client is done treating. They handle all correspondence regarding the accident with insurance companies and other involved parties, negotiate property damage, and communicate with their clients on a monthly basis. A successful case manager can handle distractions, has empathetic customer service, and be able to multi talk efficiently and in an organized manner.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Act as backup to Reception and Opening Assistant when necessary
• Primary Client contact from inception through done treating phase
• Educate/Inform clients of PD process and case phases
• Assist with Property Damage when necessary
• Monthly contact with all clients
• Handles calls from 1st party, 3rd party, and clients
• Identify, address, and escalate issues as they arise
• Requesting and reading ledgers and identifying when new treatments occur
