SAN MAR Properties INC. is a local professional property management company that has been in business for 40 years. We are looking for a extraordinary, customer service focused individual to join the SAN MAR Properties team as a Part Time leasing agent in Clovis, CA.
What you will be doing in a nutshell:
You will work with prospective residents from initial contact, through the application and move-in process. Primary contact for customer service needs for the community. Must be a strong communicator, have a professional presentation, be a team player, be flexible and adaptable, be able to multi-task and have strong follow up and organizational skills.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
· Understand and enforce SAN MAR Properties, Inc. policies and procedures; the community’s rules and regulations and the terms of the lease and other addenda to the lease
· Comply with the state Fair Housing (Residential Landlord & Tenant Act) and all other governmental laws and regulations
· Assist manager in daily rent collection and ensure deposits, recording of rent and reports are completed in a timely manner
