**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable Assistant Plant Manager to help oversee our manufacturing operations. The Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations

- Lead and mentor a team of production staff to achieve production targets while maintaining peak quality products.

- Maintain safe work practices amongst all associates.

- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance plant performance

**Qualifications:**

- Manufacturing experience in a face paced environment preferred.

- Minimum 3 years proven experience in assistant plant management or a similar role.

- Verifiable reliability and attendance in a team environment.

- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team

- Bilingual a plus.
