Responsibilities:
- Provides consumers with medication education and monitors their health/medical issues, providing treatment recommendations as needed.
- Assesses clients' Personal Care needs through interviews, and completes all written assessments in compliance with Medicaid regulations.
- Identifies medical training needs of staff and clients, provides education and consultation on medication and health maintenance issues when appropriate.
- Must ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Per Diem Available
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Jersey
- Valid NJ Driver's license
- Previous experience with the psychiatric population preferred
