SC State Credit Union is Hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative Near Columbia, SC
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receive incoming member calls, determine the nature of their request, and either process the request or direct the call to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
- Process member transaction requests;
- Answer member account inquiries. Performs basic error corrections on accounts.
- Cross-sell products and services as well as strive to meet goals for service, quality, and productivity of the department.
- Must be bilingual in both the Spanish and English language and have professional communication skills.
- Applicants should have at least 1 year customer service experience. Experience in a financial institution preferred.
- Candidates are required to be well organized, have the ability to efficiently multi-task, possess good computer skills, and be able to consistently handle difficult member issues.
