RATE OF PAY: 11.50/HR. TIPS

*Possible Pay Increase of 0% - 3% After 90 Days.

JOB SUMMARY: Assists guests on how to play and read the glass on the machines. Clear jams in bill acceptors. Fill out all necessary forms for hand-pays and jackpots. Diagnose problems and communicate with Slot Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform tasks as needed.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to stand and walk for an eight (8) hour shift. Must keep a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times. Able to provide excellent guest service in a busy, noisy, smoke-filled environment. Maintain a pleasant personality at all times, even in stressful situations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist guests on how to play and read games. Clear bill jams in machines. Diagnose mechanical problems and contact Slot Technicians when necessary. Fill out all necessary forms to pay guest hand pay-outs and jackpots. Verify machine fills, overrides and can verify a taxable in the absence of a supervisor. Maintain a pleasant personality toward guests and co-workers at all times.

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
