Phlebotomists are responsible for efficiently and accurately performing blood draws on patients. These services are done at both stand alone facilities as well as residential draws. The phlebotomist performs all responsibilities while maintaining continual communication with lab personnel, dispatching and supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· May utilize standard venipuncture techniques to collect appropriate blood specimens by adhering to correct collection and transport protocol including positive patient identification. Follows all · Solaris Diagnostic procedures and policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have pediatric experience · High School Diploma.
