**Position: Package Delivery Courier**

**Job Description: **

As a Package Delivery Courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries to our customers. You will be responsible for picking up packages from our distribution center and efficiently navigating designated routes to deliver/picking up packages to/from homes, businesses, and other locations. Your friendly demeanor and professional conduct will be essential in providing outstanding customer experiences at every doorstep.

**Responsibilities: **

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.

- Pick up and load packages from the distribution center onto the delivery vehicle.

- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery/pickup times.

- Deliver packages to customers while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.

- Obtain signatures and other necessary documentation upon package delivery.

- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

- Report any delivery or customer-related issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.

- Ensure the security and proper handling of packages during transit.

**Requirements: **

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS devices or map applications.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 60 pounds.

- Dependable, punctual, and able to meet delivery deadlines.

- Positive attitude and team player mentality.

- Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is a plus.

Qualifications/Driving record and Criminal Background check:

• Absolutely no DUI/OWI convictions ever.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within 26 months.
• No felony convictions.
• No theft, drug or violence convictions.
• Able to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens.
• Take the delivery driver assessment on Indeed.

Pay starts at: $16.50 per hour w/time and half after 40 hrs.
