REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR - Timber Creek Village
Timber Creek Village in Columbia Falls and Havre MT, is now hiring an Regional Administrator to help lead our team of caregivers and oversee the residents who call Timber Creek Village home.
If you possess leadership skills, have a passion for seniors, can lead and motivate a team, and can juggle multiple tasks, you may be what we are looking for!
Responsibilities:
A compassion for and desire to work with seniors and their families
Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
Be honest, fair, dependable, and respect confidentiality and rights of residents and staff
Business budgeting
Marketing and community relations
Coaching, mentoring, development, and conflict management skills
Direct hiring, scheduling, and training of personnel
Maintain continued education requirements for all staff (including self), as required by professional licensures and state regulations
Maintain accurate resident charts and state required documentation, and be prepared for state survey and health inspections at all times
Complete all incident report investigations, and report findings according to state regulations and company policies
Coordinate complete move-in process for all new residents
Address all issues and/or concerns of resident and their family members and ensure prompt resolutions for overall family satisfaction
Responsible for overall safety & of residents, staff, and the facility
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in providing health care services to geriatric population
Minimum of 3 years of Managerial experience required.
Must be willing to travel. Some overnights will be required.
Must be CPR certified
Experience with community marketing
Flexibility to work outside of business hours when necessary to meet resident needs
Previous management experience in the senior care industry is a plus!
