Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team.

Candidate will handle repairs and routine maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Must have excellent mechanical assembly skills. Must analyze, diagnose, maintain and repair electrical circuits, mechanical systems and electronics equipment.

Will have the skills to identify problems quickly, use problem-solving skills to develop solutions, and be able to communicate effectively.

Work scheduled Monday – Friday 8:30AM -5:00PM

Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Conduct Failure Analysis for issues from Field Machine Replacements
• Support Root Cause Analysis by providing relevant information to Engineering Team.
• Provide well organized reports to stakeholders on FA findings
• Support and recommend improvements on FA process flows
• Organize issue findings into database
• Minor Repairs/Refurbishment of Customer Returned Machines (Cleaning & Retrofitting)
• Prepare maintenance reports and keep detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine needed repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

· Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Equivalent

· 1 to 2 years of FA experience, preferably in a factory setting.

· Good mechanical assembly skills

· Well Organized

· Hands-on attitude

· Good understanding of Mechanical drawings and Electrical schematics

· Innovative & creative thinking

· Good data reporting skills

· Good understanding of process flows

· Knowledge in 8D or A3 methodologies

· Knowledge in Root cause Analysis

· Knowledge in JIRA application is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
