Primary Functions:

Must be able to stand-walk and climb ladders for 8-10 hours a day.

Must be able to locate and pick stock in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

Frequent lifting of weights between 5-50 LB’s

Must be able to learn how to use bar coding, labeling and weigh scale equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. – Must be able to work well in a team environment.
2. – Must be able to find product in rack and shelving locations in a timely manner.
3. - Strong and acute attention to detail, written instructions where accuracy is a must.
4. - Properly enters transactions using bar code scanner equipment when needed.
5. - Consolidates and replenishes product on shelf and from work areas in timely manner
6. - Maintains clean, safe, tidy work area.
7. – Participates in departmental meetings, discussions, and special projects.
8. - Observes all safety rules.
9. - Must have a very good attendance record.
10. Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Management.

11.-Must have good reading, writing and arithmetic skills and able to follow written instructions on customer orders to the strictest of details.

Skills Required:

Must have very good math, counting and writing skills. These are a must. Must be able to pass company math test. Must be able to work independently and unsupervised at times when needed.

Experience Required:

Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment is desired but not required. Previous PC use, knowledge of computer operating systems is desirable. Must display strong attitude towards job assignments and the timing and accuracy of transactions.
