Armed Enforcement is looking for professional ARMED security guards to protect our client's premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Shift available:
6am-3pm

FT and PT available

Must be able to start 5/18/24

Responsibilities

• Protect client property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
• Perform first aid or CPR

Skills

• Two or more years proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position. Retail experience a plus.

Requirements

• Valid DCJS armed Certificate
• Must have all gear and own weapon
• Shift 6a-3pm
• Must Have a valid OC, CPR, AED, First aid certifications
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8-12 hour shifts

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
