Sheeley Roofing provides premium roof services to the Mid Hudson Valley and surrounding area, primarily in Ulster and Dutchess counties. In addition to installing high-quality shingled roofs, we manufacture and install exceptional metal roofing and other superior roofing products.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Project Manager, you will see roofing projects through, from the point of sale, to the collection of final payment. Candidate must demonstrate attention to detail and be an effective communicator both within our team and with the customer.

● Basic understanding of roof terminology and construction
● Willingness and ability to learn and use a CRM program
● Prepare electronic documents for management review prior to sending to clients
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude
● Communicate internally with team, and externally with customers
● Assemble material orders for shingle roofs
● Coordinate job scheduling, which includes setting up material deliveries, communicating with customers, and communicating with crew members
● Write and communicate change orders for unforeseen issues that arise once project starts (i.e., wood repairs necessary after old roofing is removed)
● Pick up and deliver materials to projects when needed
● Handle final project closeout procedures (upload photos, collect final payments, submit labor and material invoices for approval)
● Valid driver's license required
● Ability to lift 80 pounds, able to climb into the bed of a pickup truck
