Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working with heavy and light construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs
- Provide product knowledge and assistance in making purchasing decisions
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking inventory and merchandising products
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable for better customer service
- Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance products or services is beneficial
