As a licensed optician you are responsible for managing and resolving the difficult customer issues/situations. These issues/concerns can come from many different areas, including emails and calls. The Licensed Optician will be responsible for handling all correspondence via all channels within Customer Service. They will assist in the training of Customer Service Representatives. The Expert has a high degree of optical knowledge, complete knowledge of all lab processes and stays up to date with changes. This position requires little or no supervision.
