This position will oversee day-to-day operations of the office including making operational decisions, providing effective leadership, hiring & training new staff, timely submission of reports & performance reviews, ensuring effective workflow and productivity, participation in revenue cycle and quality programs, as well as interacting with physicians and other health care professionals in a professional & collaborative manner. Computer proficiency in Microsoft products required. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Practice manager certification preferred. Three years minimum experience in oversight of physician practices required.
