Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OB Manager to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in Globe, AZ. This unique opportunity involves a combination of clinical nursing responsibilities and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care as a registered nurse for 2x12-hour shifts per week in the OB department.Manage administrative tasks for 2x8-hour shifts per week, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve departmental goals.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care and administrative tasks.Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and professional work environment.Participate in staff education and training programs as needed.
Requirements:Active RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state reciprocity.Minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetrics nursing.Previous management or leadership experience preferred.ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
