RN Supervisor

Monday - Friday, 3-11:30

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
• Be personable with residents, families and staff in a professional cooperative manner.
• Be able to interpret and implement care plans and company policies and procedures that are necessary to provide quality care.
• Able to do accurately comprehend assessment skills.
• Be part of a private, locally owned company, where our management team is on-site.
• Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATONS:

• Have previous leadership and supervisory experience working with professional and non-professional personnel.
• Valid MA RN Nursing License in good standing.
• Experience in long term care or sub-acute setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
• Take pride in being part of a team that provides top-notch care to their residents and guests.
