Training Schedule:
Orientation (remote) is on Friday 5/17/24 from 9am-2pm.
Onsite job training starts 5/20/24 Monday-Friday from 9:30am-3pm.
Regular Schedule:
Monday-Friday and every other Saturday (approximate hours outlined below, workload varies)
Monday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9:30am to approx. 12pm-2pm
Friday 9am to approx. 2pm-5pm
Saturday 9am to approx. 12pm-2pm
Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned.
•Scans documents including paper and film to reproduce as hard copies to be shipped, or as soft copies to be stored on CD's or a secure server.
•May require some document prep.
•Keep accurate account of time spent on each client's work.
•Inputs appropriate settings onto scanner computer screen by manipulating a mouse, typing on a keyboard, or using touch-screen.
•Log documents and feed through scanner.
•Trouble-shoot and correct technical errors as they occur.
•Re-prep documents if poorly done.
•Clean machines as trained to.
•Mark and identify containers in which work is received and forward them to the designated area.
•Maintain confidentiality of all documents and work related information.
•Learn the scanner/new scanners as they are introduced to the department.
•Comprehend and follow specific job instructions.
•Operate and clean the scanner machines as required by the organization.
•Report to training as required.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
•Attention to timeliness for completion of work and deadlines.
•Maintain high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Ability to problem solve effectively.
•High competency for working independently and repetitively.
•Able to lift and carry 20-50lbs. frequently.
•Able to occasionally lift boxes overhead or kneel to reach boxes.
•Able to write, read, and speak English.
•Able to maintain confidential information.
•Flexible scheduling with minimal notice.
•Comply with working safely under Company Policy.
•Successfully pass a background check.
•Able to focus and be repetitive.
