Capital Tower & Communications Inc is Hiring an Auto Body Technician (Fleet) Near Lincoln, NE
Capital Tower and Communications Inc. is a telecommunications industry located in Waverly Nebraska, providing services since 1992. We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves repairing, upgrading, and preparing our fleet trucks and trailers for the road. Responsibilities
- Repair, replace, and upgrade various parts of fleet trucks and trailers.
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify necessary repairs and ensure issues are fully resolved before returning vehicles to the crew.
- Adhere to all company safety requirements.
- Prepare fleet trucks and trailers for painting by sanding and refinishing them.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for trucks and trailers.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an auto body technician or equivalent college certification is strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and repair tools, and knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance.
- Must be authorized to work in the US, and at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Compensation
Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, determined by experience. We also offer annual performance bonuses.
