Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical scheduling and possess knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and handle patient inquiries
- Utilize medical terminology accurately
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft software is a plus
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of ER scheduling procedures is advantageous
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic medical records systems
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
