Responsibilities:

• Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.

• Inform clinical supervisor of changes in clients conditions.

• Document care given, observations and treatments.

• Comply with policies and procedures of facility.

• Ensure that facility and clients equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.

• Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.

• Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.

• Ensure and protect clients rights and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Certified CMT in Texas
• 1 year of experience as a CMT within the last 3 years
• Current CPR
• Access to reliable transportation
