Position Objective

The Ceragem sales team is responsible to promote a customer-centric and product-focused culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including great customer experience and maximum profitability. Functional Responsibilities

SALES LEADERSHIP

• Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding the store team and themselves accountable for achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Performs and oversees basic retail operational activities - such as opening and closing duties, daily store prep, and merchandise flow processes.
• Engaged in customer sales, inventory receipt, reconciling sales receipts, or performing services for customers. Utilize weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines. Maintains knowledge of current Ceragem sales and promotions; presents and displays merchandise in accordance with current Ceragem promotions and standards.
• Maintains high standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Ceragem Management.
• Maintain a high-performance culture: Be motivated to drive customer sales. Meet and surpass store productivity goals. Exceed personal sales goals.
• Be fluent in all aspects of Ceragem product knowledge.

STAFFING AND ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT:

• Motivate and inspire the store team, promoting a shared vision while modeling core values.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Communicates with the store team and Ceragem Management to effectively lead positive change.
• Seeks personal developmental opportunities and readily solicits feedback to build leadership skill sets.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

• Protects store budget by adhering to scheduled hours and regular supply orders
• Controls company’s assets, i.e. key control, loss prevention measures, inventory paperwork and company standards of conduct
• Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in cash, inventory, fixtures and property

Customer Experience

• Models, teaches, and promotes selling and service standards, offering a cohesive omni channel experience to the customer.
• Achieve sales expectations by utilizing a variety of sales techniques, clienteling, and communicating Ceragem product knowledge to the customer. Recommends merchandise selections for the customer.
• Builds and maintains a solid customer following with clienteling techniques and regular customer communication.
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns making sure the customer is always satisfied
• Ensures a fast and efficient POS register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations.
• Ensures team maintains consistent client communication through utilization of customer client books and customer capture sign ups.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

• Protects store payroll by managing staff schedule and gains approvals on store supply orders
• Controls company’s assets, i.e. key control, loss prevention measures, inventory paperwork and company standards of conduct
• Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in cash, inventory, fixtures and property.
• Must have strong experience working with POS

Talent

• Supports, participates, and provides follow-up for all Ceragem training programs.
• Ensures that StoreTeam adheres to all employment practices and policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• 2 year retail sales experience with a major brand required. 1 year of sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills and able to communicate with customers
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers
• Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Physical Requirements

• Constant Walking/Standing- up to 100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
