RoofingSource is looking for individuals who will focus on “exceeding our customers’ expectations” and who will represent our mission of "Maintaining Excellence". RoofingSource is seeking a Service Coordinator that is ambitious, motivated, and committed to being a part of our quick-growing, fast-paced company. The individual must be able to build relationships with Field and HQ employees, and possess strong administrative, critical thinking, and organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask. The individual will work closely with a defined group of Field Advisors, the Director of Operations, their fellow Service Coordinators, and other teammates to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supporting and assisting in the management of each Field Advisors’ territory to ensure peak performance (e.g. effective and efficient scheduling and traveling)
Working closely with Production, Service, Sales, and HR/People teams
Providing exceptional customer support to our clients when they request service
Assisting with receiving and dispatching work orders in an efficient manner for 10 Field Advisors
Creating documentation and internal communication for service calls
Managing third party platforms for service requests
Assisting with approving of service reports
Assisting with scheduling and billing work with customers, Field Advisors and other partners to complete jobs in a timely and proactive manner
Collecting and auditing hours worked daily by Field Advisor team members as well as submitting a bi-weekly payroll to accounting
Creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets in g-suite and excel (e.g., admin databases and supply spreadsheets)
Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
Adapting and implementing necessary changes to meet growth plans
Education, Skills and Experience:
2 years of dispatch, customer service, and/or administrative experience (preferably in a construction or logistics environment) preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate
College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or the trades
Proven computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite)
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
Must work well and multi-task in a detailed, fast-paced team environment

Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods talking on the phone using a handset or wireless headset.
The workplace is located on the second floor and requires walking up and down stairs.
Long periods of sitting are often required for this office-based position.
