Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Perform other retail duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate product information
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with wireless sales is an asset
