Job Overview:
We are seeking 1 enthusiastic Tagalog speaker to join our team as Event Staff. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events by providing exceptional customer service and support.
This is for a 1-day event in Waipahu, HI
Saturday, May 4th. 10:00am-6:00pm. $30/hour. Paid within a week.
Duties:
- Welcome and guide guests during theevent
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about the event
- Support event organizers with various tasks as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly
Required qualifications: Must speak Tagalog
Preferred qualifications: (not mandatory, but helpful
- Experience in theater, hospitality, events management, event staff, or related field is a plus
- Strong public speaking and customer service skills
- Hospitality experience is beneficial
- Proficiency in conflict management and resolving issues calmly
- Prior experience in guest services is advantageous
- Experience working with children is a bonus
