Job: Machine Shop Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: 2000 West Main St. Louisville, OH

H-P Products, Inc. (Engineered Tube Bends Division), a premier manufacturer for industrial tube fabrications, is seeking a full-time Machine Shop Manager

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with machinists to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain shop measuring equipment calibration program ensuring all relative equipment is calibrated according to schedule.
• Ensure all team members follow work instructions, quality requirements and processes.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize product designs.
• Proficient in software for 3D modeling and design.
• Previous Lathe & Mill operation is a plus.

Job Qualifications:

· At least 4 years of management experience

· CNC Programing experience.

· Strong Leadership and communication skills

· Fluent in use of precision hand tools

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines.
Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
