The opportunity
The role of GC&E External Engagements & Reporting ("EER") Manager, is the administrator of, and the primary user-support point of contact for, Teva's EngageMate system. Additionally, the role also provides support related to Teva's US Federal and State transparency reporting process and interacts closely with stakeholders across various global and business functions.
How you'll spend your day
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
As the EngageMate system administrator, this role is responsible for:
User system management by maintaining user assignments, assignment of new users/reviewers, or changes to workflow assignments
Providing user support via MS Teams or department inbox
Working with system users to create and ensure the accuracy of service provider profiles in the system's customer master module
Submitting and tracking EngageMate ticket status and ensuring completion of ticket requests
Working with the system's vendor to ensure alignment on preestablished ticket timelines
Liaising, if necessary, between system user and vendor on ticket inquiries
Responsible for overseeing the Compliance Operations mailbox, ensuring correct delegation of mailbox requests, ensuring requests are completed within reasonable amount of time, and providing data requests submitted by stakeholders
Transparency reporting support includes:
Management of CMS Open Payments dispute resolutions and ensuring reportable spend is updated throughout the year, if applicable
On going management of Teva's transparency mailbox
Management of the annual transparency reporting sub-certification process
Departmental support ensuring work papers are documented and archived appropriately
Departmental support related to EER communications, including user guidance materials and user trainings
Participate in system and user acceptance activities
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions (e.g., Compliance, Global Internal Audit, Finance. Legal).
Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days working at the West Chester office and 2 days remote
Your experience and qualifications
Education/Certification/Experience:
A bachelor's degree or, an associate's degree with an additional 10 years' experience maintaining a HCP interaction system and/or disclosure reporting
A minimum ofAt least 5 years combined pharmaceutical, legal, regulatory, and/or compliance experience
Experience managing departmental inbox
Experience working as a part of a Global Compliance & Ethics program
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proficient use of Issue and Project Tracking software (e.g., Jira)
Knowledge of Federal and State disclosure reporting requirements and timelines
Experience working under a government agreement (e.g., CIA, DPA) preferred
Ability to solve problems independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle high volume of work in a rapidly changing work environment
Strong communication skills, verbal and written including aAbability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different audiences various key stakeholders and in different contexts at all levels
Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel) is required
