DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:

The Interactive Department serves as a full-service, in-house social and digital marketing service team that supports the brand teams for each Kahala concept. In this role, you will be working with Kahala’s brands and will work closely with the brand teams and Marketing Managers to provide support that enhances and supports the overall brand goals. Experience implementing and managing a variety of digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment is an absolute must.

The ideal candidate for this position will help manage and execute key digital initiatives for all Kahala brands, primarily focused on: marketplace partnerships (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.), brand loyalty programs and more. The Digital Marketing Manager will help develop, execute, and optimize national advertising programs for Kahala brands to maximize incremental sales on marketplace platforms. This role will also support loyalty programs including set-up, execution and analysis of email, SMS and push notification campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will work cross functionally within the Interactive Team and with other teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand goals and have a cohesive brand voice. The ideal candidate is used to “wearing many hats” and will be able to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and use findings to inform business/brand decisions. Candidates must have a high degree of computer literacy and can easily learn to use new software with minimal guidance. The Digital Marketing Manager must thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects with ever-shifting priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILIES:

  • Conceptualize, build and execute national paid advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, etc.)
  • Help build and execute personalized and targeted campaign communications to loyalty guests through multiple channels, including email, SMS, and social media.
  • Project management– maintaining and delivering on campaign deadlines/timelines.
  • Use analytics to test, learn, and refine campaigns.
  • Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and success.
  • Attend project meetings to obtain input and approvals from various project stakeholders.
  • Inform and communicate cross-functionally to ensure project success.
  • Provide KPIs and analytics for all campaigns.
  • Multi-tasking: There will be multiple projects on varying brands going on at the same time. This role requires the ability to jump from project to project seamlessly.
  • Ability to understand new technology and how it integrates into different components of each brand quickly.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date on paid digital best practices from a variety of industries.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Fix things that you see need fixing.

KEY QUALITIES:

  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and team to set and manage expectations

  • Maintain flexibility within a changing/dynamic work environment

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • 2-4 years professional work experience in digital marketing, digital media buying (programmatic) or related
  • College degree in marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience with email & SMS marketing, strategy and analytics
  • Experience managing loyalty programs and executing loyalty campaigns
  • Knowledge of working in MS Excel and compiling data
  • Proven ability to analyze and present various marketing and loyalty KPIs
  • Passion for all things digital
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with many shifting deadlines
  • Proven multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,163.89 - $62,821.03 per year
