Pioneer Metal Finishing is now hiring General Labor!! 

Our Rackers take pride in safely and efficiently unpackaging customer parts and carefully placing them on work racks. This work enables Line Operators to process the customer’s product according to their specifications. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Rackers carefully remove the parts from work racks, package them and prepare them for shipping.

Pioneer provides all employees on-the-job training and development to ensure they follow proper procedures, identify quality issues, and understand all equipment used in the metal finishing process.

Physical/Environmental/Chemical Hazards:

• Repetitive lifting up to 55 lbs. unassisted.
• Sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed air (must use hearing protection).
• Must be able to differentiate between color variance.
• Potential splash exposure near process lines.
• Responsibilities are repetitive in nature.
• Various chemicals are used in the process.

Education/Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
