Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a highly motivated individual with management experience to oversee Office Managers & staff @ 3 Primary Care locations throughout the Phoenix area.
The individual who holds this position will be responsible for the daily operations within the 3 primary care offices. This individual that holds this position will also have the responsibility to be sure that all offices are operating based on goals towards positive patient outcomes. While also ensuring efficiency & effectiveness and keeping all operating costs in mind.
We are offering a competitive wage which will depend on experience. The benefits offered by our company include health, 401k, paid holidays and PTO/paid time off.
Wages will be determined in corroboration with experience @ $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 yearly.
Working hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Traveling is required between locations based on various needs with each location.
As an Administrator, you’re responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all 3 Primary care offices. Working with your Office Managers at each location to ensure effective, efficient and access to care for all patients. To effectively cross train all staff to be able to keep office flow efficient. To ensure accountability from all staff members which allow productive works flows. Meeting all monthly and quarterly requirements.
