Quality Brands Distribution is a family-owned and operated Beer and Non Alcohol distributor. We operate warehouses in Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado. Quality Brands distributes a diverse portfolio of Anheuser-Busch products, craft beers, import beers and Non Alcohol products. $1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Specific Job Duties:

• Discuss daily with Operations & Delivery Manager previous days accomplishments and current priorities
• Responsible for conducting employee evaluations, administering disciplinary actions, and developing associate Individual Development Plans.
• Responsible for merchandising team schedules and routing
• Responsible for team adherence to all QB policies and processes
• Completion of agreed upon Ride-With and Account Review schedule
• Ensures all product is properly merchandised in retail account
• Responsible for Quality Image of team and equipment
• Responsible for safe operation for all team members operating company equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be qualified to operate applicable company vehicles

• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred
