Field Directors at North Shore will work closely with firm leadership to design, implement, and execute direct contact programs, and will assist with implementing the company’s short- and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, knowledgeable about different aspects of the political process, and work well in an extremely fast-paced environment.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Duties:

• Implement and Design Field Plan for your paid canvassing program
• Manage campaign staff, and provide support, mentorship, and training to ensure progress toward program goals.
• Leverage innovative voter contact tools and integrate them into the field plan.
• Recruit canvassers and build a robust field operation in a short period of time

Requirements:

• Candidates will preferably have at least two cycles of election field organizing experience with one cycle of field management experience
• Organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment. One cycle prior campaign experience in a managerial role strongly favored.
• Hands-on management style and a desire to lead your team to victory!
• Be available to work in person, or remotely
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Proficient in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Apps for Work (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive).
• Knowledge of common direct contact database software like Votebuilder
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Current New York State Driver's License preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US, and ability to sign non-disclosure agreements.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the New York Metropolitan area (New York City, or Westchester. Rockland, Nassau, or Suffolk counties).

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
