Texas Western Hospitality is Hiring a Full-Time Hotel Shuttle Driver Near Irving, TX

Monday-Thursday 2pm-midnight.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent driving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position is primarily focused on transporting guests back and forth from the hotel to DFW International Airport as well as the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at each destination
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about the route, schedule, and any other relevant details
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver, school bus driver, limousine driver, delivery driver, or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance
