Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer a Full Time Partial Hospitalization Director role at our Partial Hospitalization Program in Lowell, MA. The PHP Director is responsible for the overall quality & fiscal management of the program as well as assuring that all clinical services are in full compliance with applicable regulations and payer contract specifications. This Director will promote the development of the program through marketing & cultivating relationships with other providers, local & state agencies, and managed care organizations. All PHP Directors ensure that their site program is profitable and at minimum meets budget.

Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. We strive for an environment in which the emotional and psychological well-being of the individual is maintained and encouraged.
